Sushi Frankfurt: for us that means Weserstraße 31, right in the middle of the Bahnhofsviertel. Since 2014 we have prepared everything that reaches the plate by hand, every single day — fresh, unhurried and with real care for the detail. Whether you drop in for a quick plate, settle in for a relaxed evening for two, or you are planning a celebration: you are welcome here.
The Bahnhofsviertel is one of the liveliest neighbourhoods in Frankfurt, a place where cultures and cuisines meet on every corner — and that is exactly where our counter belongs. Our approach comes down to three words: authentic, modern, delicious. Authentic, because we rely on honest ingredients and genuine craft. Modern, because our place keeps changing along with the neighbourhood around it. Delicious, because in the end every plate should speak for itself. What comes of that is listed with every price, portion size and allergen in our menu — from the classic rolls through nigiri and maki to our own creations, vegetarian and vegan included.
We do not only cook for the guests who come to us, though. With our sushi catering we bring Bento Boutique to wherever you are celebrating: the office, a trade fair stand, a wedding or a private gathering. Ten guests or two hundred, delivered and set up or rolled live in front of your guests — tell us the date, the number of people and the occasion, and we usually come back with a proposal within one working day.
