Because we serve alcoholic drinks, we hold a restaurant licence under the German Restaurants Act. The competent supervisory authority is Stadt Frankfurt am Main, Ordnungsamt — Gewerbe- und Gaststättenangelegenheiten.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters).

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. The link that used to be required here would now lead nowhere, so we have left it out.
